Sigma Chi’s hosting of the 3rd Annual Career Summit

Friends of Sigma Chi,

On October 22nd, 2016 the Iota Chi Chapter of Sigma Chi will be hosting the 3rd Annual Career Summit. To you, we would like to extend the invite.

This seminar will host a variety of highly successful UCSD Sigma Chi Alumni and other UCSD Alumni, as well as professional colleagues with which we have strong personal relationships. Invited attendees include many leaders of Greek life, various student organizations, and select faculty. The speakers will be sharing their experiences, successes and how-to’s of life after college. Their fields span law, healthcare, tech, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance and engineering.

The event will begin with several principal speakers stressing ambition, service, improving the world, integrity and networking within the context of industry. They will be followed by career specific breakout sessions that will include a Q&A component.

The first Career Summit in 2013 was a wild success leading to many professional relationships, an expanded network and an overall increased understanding of the professional world. The next Summit was an even greater success, boasting a larger audience and larger group of professionals. This year, we anticipate an even more successful event.

The Career Summit will run from 10:30am to 3:30pm and will be held at the Rady School of Management- Wells Fargo Hall on campus. The dress code is business casual. Bagels and coffee will be provided prior to start of the Summit.
