Please attend our panel discussion where you will have the opportunity to meet experienced Foreign Service Officers and explore student and career opportunities with the U.S. Department of State. Join Derwood (Woody) Staeben, Director of the Office of Recruitment, Examination & Employment,; Stacy Saravia, Acting Consular Chief at U.S. Consulate Tijuana; and David Bame, Foreign Policy Advisor to the Commander, U.S. Naval Special Warfare (Navy SEALS) to learn more about their experiences as U.S. diplomats and gain their insight into the various career opportunities with State. Melissa Martinez, Diplomat in Residence for Southern California will moderate the panel discussion.
