About the NEXT Series
NEXT is a unique conference that brings together four very distinct American brands: elite military, global business, top tier education, and social entrepreneurs. The purpose of bringing together these driving forces of innovation onto a single platform is for meaningful participation and social engagement among San Diego’s thought leaders and change makers to begin new conversations around the new military professionalism that surrounds us today.
There is a larger mission behind these talks – one of national urgency and great importance. Our military forces have adapted to overcome challenges unlike anything taken from our past. They are principled warriors, highly educated, service orientated and ready to continue their service in purpose driven organizations. Now, how will education and business adapt to a market change in military experience and professionalism?
The NEXT Series, powered by The Honor Foundation: A Transition Institute for Elite Military and The UCSD Rady School of Management, will launch annual discussions hoping to create a strong dialogue around a new breed of diverse military professionals. These two organizations have partnered to provide innovative solutions around the transition of these new military professionals. The Honor Foundation & The Rady School believe very passionately in that the best idea comes from several ideas. San Diego thrives as a community of ideas and technology looking to disrupt and create ever-evolving progress. Please join us as we launch a Talk Series found nowhere else.
